Robert is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their objectives and has demonstrated this with his extensive industry experience and a track record of life-long relationships and engagement with clients and their families. Prior to founding Hillcrest, he worked for several of Wall Street’s most notable securities firms to include Wells Fargo Advisors, Prudential Securities and Solomon Smith Barney. Hillcrest was founded on the premise of client-first leadership evolved to meet a next-generation platform and service-model.
Robert graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor, or CPWA®, a certification administered by the Investments and Wealth Institute at the Yale School of Management.

Taylor prides himself on building teams that strive to achieve their most challenging endeavors. He has both public and private sector experience. He’s served as a Captain and Military Intelligence Officer in both the U.S. Army’s Joint Special Operations Command and as an aide-de-camp for the 7th Infantry Division. He’s also helped scale numerous Veterans non-profits.
Prior to Hillcrest he worked for Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division before pivoting to focus on private markets at Bain & Company’s private equity group where he managed over 40 buy-side technology transactions. His depth of analytical experience is evident when he works alongside clients to manage both sides of their balance sheet.
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Systems Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
After 10 years working in education, Cheryl began her career in financial services. 25 years later, she still enjoys meeting clients and helping them with their needs and concerns. Attention to detail and providing the highest level of service are her focus.
Before joining Hillcrest, she worked at Morgan Stanley and at LPL Financial as a Senior Client Service Associate.
Cheryl graduated from The College of New Jersey where she earned a degree in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Anthropology. She lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband Michael, daughter Nicolette, and dog Maci.
Noelle began her career in the commodities sector. After several years of performing a variety of regulatory functions related to the futures markets, she pivoted to the securities world where she obtained a comprehensive understanding of equities while obtaining her securities licenses and servicing multiple RIA accounts at Pershing. As she advanced in her career, she found herself wearing multiple hats in global compliance. She performed advisory and oversight functions in areas such as Prime Brokerage, Operations, Futures, Technology and AML at both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
Noelle resides in Bergen County, NJ where you will find her active in her community, dining out with family and friends, and cheering on her daughter at a local field. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her daughter.
